- Courses are paid for in advance of each block,

- Classes cannot be carried over if missed.

- Booking of all classes is required.

* Please let your teacher know in advance if you are injured.

- Please arrive 5mins before your class starts.

- Shoes must be left downstairs.

- No coloured drinks allowed in the yoga studio.

- Yoga mats, bolsters, pillows, eye pillows are provided.

- All eco-friendly & cleaned with chemical-free locally produced solutions.

- Wear comfortable breathable clothes.
